About
About
I am Rohit Koliyot, a counselling psychologist and certified mediator based in India. I work with individuals, couples, families, groups, founders and teams. Before full time practice, I spent more than a decade across leadership, strategy, growth and operations in startups, corporates and social enterprises. What I do
In my private practice, I offer relational and strengths based therapy that is tailored to each person or family. I collaborate with organisations, schools and colleges to design experiential workshops on emotional intelligence, communication, resilience and self-leadership. With leadership teams I facilitate real conversations that strengthens cohesion, builds psychological safety and supports clear decisions in fast scaling environments. I also consult on initiatives that blend well-being, leadership and human centred design. How I practice
People who work with me often say they feel seen without pressure. I adapt how I work to you, and we set the pace together. I like keeping things simple and clear. I can be direct when it helps and gentler when that is better. Most importantly, this space belongs to you and my role is to walk alongside as we navigate the way forward together.Conflict resolution as the thread
If there is one theme in my work it is conflict resolution. In therapy, I hold space intimately and safely. In mediation, I support people to hear each other and reach clear agreements they can work with. In facilitation I guide groups to reflect, align and act. These need different energies yet follow the same principles for me which are - attention, dignity and clarityAccess
I maintain an Access Fund for community supported sessions so cost does not decide care, and standards remain the same for every client. I also offer time zone friendly therapy for the Indian diaspora.Beyond work
I am a tinkerer at heart. I like understanding how things work and how people work together. I enjoy working with wood, cement and clay. I also shape initiatives and projects that make care more relatable. I am involved in research across mental health and human systems, both clinical and non-clinical; and I share what I learn through simple tools and experiments. I keep play and a sense of fun close to the work. Building with my hands and ideas keeps me present and curious.Training and credentials

Mediation and Conflict Resolution
Conflict does not have to be combat. We can find common ground. Disagreements are part of relationships at home and at work. The problem is rarely conflict itself. It is how we handle it. Mediation creates space for open dialogue, fair solutions and a way forward that respects everyone involved.I work with individuals, partners and organisations to turn conflict into an opportunity for clarity, understanding, and resolution. I am an IICA certified mediator from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs. What I offer
• Business and partnership disputes. Navigate exits, restructuring or ongoing disagreements without burning bridges
• Family and personal matters. Support for sensitive situations where relationships need care as much as outcomes
• Facilitated dialogues. Structured conversations for teams, communities or groups facing difficult issuesWhy mediation instead of legal action
• Faster. Often weeks, not years
• Confidential. Your private matters stay private
• Collaborative. You shape the outcome together rather than have one imposed
• Cost effective. A fraction of lengthy legal proceedings
• Relationship preserving. Focused on understanding and a workable compromiseMediation does not replace legal options. It often helps you resolve issues without escalating into themMy approach
• Facilitative style. I do not impose decisions. I guide conversations so all voices are heard
• Psychology informed. Grounded in counselling and conflict resolution principles to surface deeper needs
• Respect and fairness. Dignity for everyone, regardless of the outcome
• Practical and future focused. Agreements that are clear, specific and workableIf there are active safety concerns or a legal bar to dialogue, I will suggest other routes and resources.First steps
If you are in conflict, personal or professional, mediation can help you move forward without unnecessary damage. Share a short note about the situation and who is involved. We can explore whether mediation is the right next step.

Projects
Alongside my therapy, mediation and facilitation work, I explore ideas that connect people in new ways. Some are ready and live. Some are in progress. All of them are built around the same values: empathy, connection, and growth.Katharsis
A storytelling game and a listening practice. Katharsis began as a card game rooted in the power of stories — a way to share, reflect and connect. It has since grown into listening circles and corporate engagements. At its core, it is about creating safe, playful spaces for emotional release and connection. Learn MoreShanti

About Me
Hello! I'm Stefi, and my path into therapy began with an interest in helping people navigate the complexities life often presents. I've always been fascinated by the human experience—especially how our past shapes our present and influences our beliefs and behaviours. After earning my M.Sc in Counselling Psychology, I gained valuable clinical experience supporting individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress management, self-esteem and identity concerns, life transitions, emotional regulation, grief, and relationship dynamics. I recognize that everyone’s story is different, and I adapt my approach to meet each person’s specific values and goals. My therapeutic style is integrative, blending mindfulness, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed care. This approach allows me to help clients with their immediate challenges while also exploring deeper patterns that may be affecting their well-being. While we’ll work on resolving immediate concerns, therapy is also about building lasting skills to support long-term emotional and mental well-being. I aim to equip my clients with the tools they need to navigate challenges that may arise even after therapy.I’m committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest research and therapeutic approaches to ensure I provide the best care possible. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace and make meaningful changes.I look forward to working with you.
About
Hi! I’m Ayesha a psychologist with two years of experience and a passion for helping people navigate life’s ups and downs. Before pursuing my Master’s in Counseling Psychology, I worked in human resources and public relations, but I always felt drawn to understanding the human mind and helping people make meaningful changes in their lives.
I currently work as a counselor at a law college and also run my own online private practice. From a young age, I was curious about what makes people tick—why some of us react differently to the same situations, or why we behave one way in one moment and another way in a different situation. That curiosity, combined with my own experiences with mental health and therapy, inspired me to dive into psychology.
I know firsthand how transformative therapy can be. It changed my life, and now I’m dedicated to helping others through challenges like depression, anxiety, stress management, relationship issues, identity struggles, and life transitions. I believe each person is unique, so I tailor my approach to fit your individual needs and goals.
While my therapeutic style is rooted in humanistic values—emphasizing empathy, self-discovery, and personal growth—I also use cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness strategies. This means I help you understand how your thoughts influence your feelings and actions while also teaching you practical tools to manage stress and stay present in the moment.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, develop self-awareness, and ultimately make the positive changes that lead to a more fulfilling life.
Let’s work together to make the changes that matter most to you and create a path toward a happier, healthier you.
About
Dr. Nandini is a dedicated practitioner with over 11 years of experience in homeopathy and two years as a counseling psychologist. However, her journey with counseling began much earlier, as it was an integral part of her homeopathic practice from the start. Driven by her desire to offer more comprehensive care to her patients, Dr. Nandini pursued a master’s degree in psychology, further refining her ability to address the complex emotional and psychological needs of those she serves. Her practice is deeply rooted in a belief that each individual is unique, requiring a personalized and holistic approach to healing. She tailors her treatment plans to meet the specific needs of her patients, combining her expertise in homeopathy with evidence-based psychological counseling techniques. Her goal is not just to treat symptoms, but to understand the underlying causes of physical and emotional imbalances, providing a path to long-term well-being.A passionate nature enthusiast, Dr. Nandini also incorporates the healing power of the natural world into her practice. She believes in the profound benefits that nature offers for mental and emotional health. This belief has led her to organize forest bathing and mindfulness retreats, where patients are invited to step away from the stresses of daily life and reconnect with themselves in a serene, natural environment. These retreats provide a sanctuary for reflection, helping individuals reduce stress, enhance mindfulness, and cultivate emotional resilience. Her integrative approach to health and healing stands out for its balance between science and nature, mind and body. Her commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care ensures that each person she works with receives not only professional treatment but also the emotional support needed to navigate life’s challenges. For Dr. Nandini, healing is a journey, one that she walks alongside her patients, empowering them to achieve a deeper sense of balance, health, and fulfillment.
