Hello! I'm Stefi, and my path into therapy began with an interest in helping people navigate the complexities life often presents. I've always been fascinated by the human experience—especially how our past shapes our present and influences our beliefs and behaviours.
After earning my M.Sc in Counselling Psychology, I gained valuable clinical experience supporting individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress management, self-esteem and identity concerns, life transitions, emotional regulation, grief, and relationship dynamics. I recognize that everyone’s story is different, and I adapt my approach to meet each person’s specific values and goals.My therapeutic style is integrative, blending mindfulness, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed care. Before pursuing my Master’s in Counseling Psychology, I worked in human resources and public relations, but I always felt drawn to understanding the human mind and helping people make meaningful changes in their lives.
